Hotel Neptuno Playa & Spa Valencia, Valencia

Upon arrival, the rooms were dirty which was a downside, but they were very spacious with lots of wardrobe and shelf space. Opening the windows gave a bright and nice feeling, although fixtures were outdated and could use a deep cleaning. The service was really comfortable, especially at the breakfast area, and superfast, although I expected a better restaurant in the hotel. The location was excellent for our convention, only a 5-minute walk away, with nearby neighborhoods for a quick breakfast bite and a choice of activities depending on the weather. Right on the beach which was very clean with lifeguards on duty daily, offering a high level of staff service. The dining experience was excellent with fresh fruit and juice options, but there was an inconvenience with some understaffing on certain days and a relative inflexible approach to issues. The hotel facilities were convenient and functional.

The hotel offers a stunning sea view, and the rooms, although smaller than anticipated for the price, are equipped with unique features like wireless chargers and a hot light in the bathroom. The fly screen issue affected our window use due to mosquitoes.

The hotel offers a mix of highs and lows. The rooms are quite small, but the large terrace provides ample storage space and a bright atmosphere. It directly faces the beach, featuring a sizable private deck ideal for sunbathing and equipped with an outdoor Jacuzzi. However, the rooms were too warm at times, and the air conditioning controls were managed by reception.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right across from the beach club and surrounded by a vibrant atmosphere. The rooms were cozy with beautiful sea views, and the staff, especially Marina, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. However, the noise outside at night affected my sleep quality, impacting the overall value for money.
